Since retiring from professional sport, James has successfully founded and operated multiple businesses across the packaging and digital sectors, developing a broad commercial acumen and deep understanding of operational challenges at scale. He leads the technology function at Osprey with a focus on building robust, user-centred solutions for emergency planning and compliance management.
